I have been employed with a hospital in full time status for over 90 days but not 90 days worked (about 70 actual working days). I work nights and worked the eve of thanksgiving at 11pm when their rules start to recieve holiday pay. I just got my check today and was paid only regular time for the holiday because I was full time. I called accounting today who said the problem was that I was clocking in under eduction and technically since I was under orientation status I will not be paid time and a half for the holiday. This employer is behind and we have to clock in by telephone, is it my fault b/c they gave me the wrong code to clock in under all of this time? Should I contact my labor board with this issue. What is the website or number for my area in Illinois?

I lift weights 30-1hour a day and my food intake besides my compulsion with fatty foods with my snacks for the past couple of days involves something like this...

Breakfast- Cereal(Wheaties),Yogert,Water
Snack-- Grapes, 100 cal. teddy grams,water
Lunch-- 1 egg whites sandwhich(wheat bread), corn, chocolate milk(ovaltine),water
Snack--- blueberries,water, 1special k bar(they are good!)
Dinner-- 1 hamburger(wheat), chocolate milk(ovaltine), carrots
Snack- Cereal(wheaties),yogert and water.




ALSO IF YOU CAN ANSWER THIS ALSO I WOULD GLADLY APPRECIATE IT:
I have no idea why though but I've been craving sweets lately. Like i'll take a small bite of peanut butter and end up takeing another 5spoonfulls. same thing for the chocolate pudding pie my mom made. What's going on with me?

I have this slumlord who is so petty about stuff it makes me mad. I am about to move out, but for the last 6 months I have received so much trouble from this prick. I want revenge, but I want to do it in a way that he doesnt know its me. Whats something that I can do to get him back, but without him knowing its me? all my life i have been teased because of the way i am. i listen to hard core music and dress like a goth and have alot of goth friends. my family says that the only reason someone would pick on me is because they are jealous but i dont think it is it i think people hate me but im not sure i am alot bigger than most people not weight size but heigth. i am 6.1 and only in the 8th grade and im 15 tomorrow i need to know what to do because im starting to have a hard time with things.

I've got the 3 days in between Christmas & New Year 27-29 Dec I think it is.
I have nothing planned but that not the point.
I previously reduced my holiday in September because there was no cover in which time mentioned the person training to do my job had Xmas off as well.
This was forgotten I reminded them nearly two weeks ago now it has come to if I don't cancel I have to train the MD, basically don't want to back down but feel I have too but every one tells me not too but if I don't I 'll only come back to lots of work and be behind it's not worth it. Should I ask for a pay rise or Xmas bonus? I just don't know how to go about it Md has out in her diary times for me to train her as if. It feels like black mail.

it was a championship game... for d varsity.... aftert 3 quarters i had 32 pts n was red hot from d field all over..... my team led 78-65 early in d fourth when i got ejected for throwing a punch on my ex teammate who was on d other team... he and i were scoring partners a year ago... and he was somehow arrogant... he knocked down one my teammates intentionally n i helped him up... he cursed at him n later me......i kept my cool but then he cursed my mom.. nxt thing i did i threw a punch at him.... i got ejected while he stayed in... we lost 96-89... what do u think about that game?? n it was my last cuz i was gonna move to d philippines...... a championship game..... my last game..... what do u guyz think??
