Is it acceptable to have a baby shower each time you have a new baby? Or is the first baby the only time a baby shower is proper? The first child is a happy and healthy baby.

Given a imaginary lump sum - say £200k - if you choose to invest in unit trusts over the long term and want to live off what it could produce. Would you be better investing in income trusts and taking the income or investing all in growth and selling lumps as its needed
(and maybe when the market is high).

We are attending Christmas with his mother's family one day then both sides of my family the next and his father's family the day after that. During my family time his mother and father would like us to come to their house to open gifts. I have explained that Chistmas eve is when my family has always been together and I am not asking him not to go to his parent's home but that I would not be going to his parents. I am going the other two days. We have been living together for 2yrs.

He left November 21st 2006 and the day he left I went to see him off and he said that he had heard that he gets to come home for Christmas. The stuff i have been reading says that the army allows them to come home but the Air Force and the Navy do not. He is at Lackland AFB in Texas and is set to graduate Jan. 5, 2007

I just recently(7 weeks ago) took a new job at a health club that has an onsite daycare that is primarily there for the members to drop off there kids while they workout, however employees can bring in there kids also. I have 2 boys that I have to bring into daycare 2 times a week and yesturday the person in charge of the daycare informed me that there has been some behavior issues with my oldest boy who is 3 1/2. We talked about it and were are trying to work together to resolve the problem, but now when I drop off the boys I fell very uneasy and worry about him not behaving. It is causing alot of stress. Should I worry so much, or do you think that as long as I show that I am making an effort to correct the naughty behavior things should be fine?

After our extremely painful breakup my best friend decided to take it upon herself to become my ex's boyfriends friend and emotion advisor.Which inturn changed our relationship as best frineds because I can no longer trust her not to repeat what I say to her to him and their closeness makes me really hurt. I have tried to talk to her all she say is "he's my friend now and I can't change that" She really doesn't care how this makes me feel and that our friendship is no longer the same.I know this wouldn't bother me if I did'nt still love my ex and he loves me. Our break happened because we're young and been together for 2yrs. We just need sometime to grow individually. My best friend is a factor between the him and I. Our relationship is none of her business and having her be his advise giver pisses me off and she could care less! It's to the point now she knows I'm upset and she's taunting me with little remarks and personal stabs. So I've lost my 1st love and my best friend. Sad!!

Since all the high-profile celebrity divorces (Brittney Spears and K-Fed, Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock etc.) we are having a pool at work on who can predict who the next celebrity divorce.
