No, not a full up to date version. I think the subscriptions talked about below are only for the BETA versions which contain more bugs than the release, but i could be wrong.
Vista is out to businesses now, so if you own a business you can talk to wholesalers or distributors about buying packs of 5 or 10 i think...
In January computers like DELL and HP should have vista preinstalled, but i dont think the public will be able to get them until after january, but once again i could be wrong.
Versions of vista can be downloaded on sites like torrentz.com but they are illegal!

Good question! I came across this site that gives you a free legal copy of Windows Vista and/or Microsoft Office 2007 for watching some of their online learning webcast classes.
The site is http://www.powertogether.com/
It's totally free.
There are plenty ways to get illegal copies of Windows Vista, but go legal. Microsoft will eventually figure how to stop all the piracy.
The site's pretty busy, but it should work! It's endorsed by Microsoft. Good Luck!

Buy a MSDN subscription. Then you can download it for free. I guess free is relative because you have to buy something to get it, but nonetheless you are not paying for Vista.
