Well, first, you should test it to make sure it works. Then, you perform a double-blind clinical study in three stages. This takes years. Then, you write a paper and get it published in a peer-reviewed medical journal such as JAMA or Lancet.

And, somewhere in all of this, you probably should patent it, too.

However, since your "cure" probably wouldn't make it past the Testing phase to make sure it works, I doubt you'll even have to bother with the patent office.

Don't tell the drug companies, as they will buy it off of you and exploit it for money somehow (actually using it to cure aides is doubtable).
