This will start off as a basic clothing line to establish a name brand. How do we start a trademark and what legal/ red tape do we need to go trough? The web domain is open so that is good so we can set that up once we get the name trademark approved. Any help?

I am learning about Surah Al-Kahf and don't really understand the translation. I researched Surah AL-Kahf on wikipedia, and all I found was what the surah talks about. Which was the People of the Cave, The ruh or ghost, and Dhul-Quarnayan. I need some help understanding the stories of those. Please help if you know about it. Thanks.

but I am working full-time and have not been at my job long enough to get FMLA to protect my job...I don't have short term disability either. I need in-patient treatment (the kind that helps the whole person heal...dual-diagnosis treatment) but I don't think my office will "hold" my job if I go....it could be 60 days. Are there any laws protecting my job so I can get help?

Has anyone here ever been a victim of internet / e-mail fraud (i.e. - Nigerian 4-1-9 scam, inheritance scam, pyramid scam, etc.)? If so, how much personal information did you give? What would be your advice regarding how to spot these scams and what to do if you come across one?

i know this might not be a religious question, but i think that it is a moral one, and i wanted to know how i can do this. he wants a gun for "protection" but i said that he should get a rifle or something.

in my views, i believe that the only uses for handguns are bad, at least if you have a rifle, you can't hide it to kill someone with. how do i convince him that no matter what religion, it isn't a good idea?

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, all of them were soft tissue empacted. The surgery was quick but I had to have somewhere between 6 and 10 shots. Is it normal for my cheeks to be swollen around where the needles were inserted? It has been 3 days now, and the swelling on the bottom stitches is scaring me. Is it normal for swelling to peak at 3 days? Also, I am having a most bizarre sensation on the outside of my right cheek and all the way up to my ear. My skin is sensitive and painful to touch, and although I've been swishing with salt water twice a day and brushing, I am worried that I have an infection in the wound. Would an infection smell pretty bad? What other signs could I look out for?

My boyfriend broke up with me today, and I feel absolutely awful. He told me that he really does love me, but that he can't see me anymore because I went out with both of his best friends, and it "doesn't feel right" to him. I was just in bed with him two days before! His friends don't care, and neither do I, and he was sort of smiling while he was saying all of this. I know the Lord asks us to dress modestly, but sometimes I see some christian women singers with lower cut tops, like Lauren Hill. I personally dont agree with all the showyness, and God wants us to save ourselves for when we get married, but what about those who are already married? That still applies right? I just got an email from someone that I thought was a friend telling me to "get over it, people die everyday. I've never seen you get upset over a child in Africa that dies of starvation, or one of our troops that's gets blown up. You're selfish, and I can't believe I didn't figure it out before now." My grandmother just passed away today. I was looking for some comforting words from a friend, and this is what I get in return. I'm so shocked, I don't know how to react to this.
