Should I let her win at checkers once in awhile, without being too obvious?

We are planning to get married towards mid 2007 and we are stuck for ideas for where to have our reception. We've been to receptions where there is just a DJ/band and they were BORING. We want something a little different and entertaining. We are looking at a guest list of around 50 ish people. We are both quiet/shy sort of people so dancing all night just doesn't do it for us. Any ideas would be great!

Does anyone think Kristin has the potential to be a full on hog in about 10 years or so? I've posed this question to some of my buds and they have no foresight so they say no. She's got some underarm sag and I feel that she has the potential to balloon up like every other (former high school) hottie I saw at my last reunion. I'm sure she has a great personality though. Any thoughts?

she's very VERY depressed. she told me she was going to blade herself to ease her emotional pain. she said it's better to feel physical pain than emotional pain... no one could change her mind, including myself... i'm very worried, can't stand to see her like this. can anyone please tell me what to do to make her stop her from hurting herself?

to understand that if people choose to require proof of his existance that we are only doing it because we ARE made in such a way. The doubts and disbeliefs would come naturally in this case. Why shouldn't we demand hard evidence that is acceptable in our eyes. Is it so difficult for an omnipotent god to show his children he exists.

Now, don't slap me with the Jesus plot. I have seen no evidence of him either. The stories of miracles and reserection don't cut it. I havn't seen nor heard proof of this either but I have seen fossils and skeletal remains of distant past life on this planet. To me these things are real and cannot be disputed. Your Bible does not explain these things nor has your God.

I'm not asking you to prove these things I ask you about your God, I'm only asking for you to explain how does one put this much FAITH into something you cannot see, hear or touch. And please don't feed me the line about the Holy Spirit. We are earth manifested and earth bound.

I am 32 weeks pregnant. I have 2 boys one 4 and one 2. We are supposed to go out of town for the holidays this friday to my parents and in-laws houses (they live in the same state), who live 13 hours away. Going home is already stressfull enough with the pressure of pleasing both families and being fair with our time especially because they don't see us much. Anyway my husband is leaving on business for the first two weeks in December so he won't be there to help me and then to top it all off my parents got tickets to take my whole family to Hawaii for a week right before Christmas. I will be 36 almost 37 weeks pregnant. I so don't want to go. I have cleared it with my doc, but I already feel so stressed out that I have to go home & deal with our families that I don't know if I can handle the stress of that too. I feel like I am going crazy. Am I totally selfish to want to back out & just stay home with my husband & son's? Am I getting worked up for nothing?

My dog (12 yo lab/samoyed) has obtained a rash on her rear underside about a 2 months ago. It has since become raw, scabbed, raw again and appearing as thick scabs around ears, mouth and underneath front legs (in armpit area.) She has been on strong antibiotics for the 3rd time now (baytril and cephalexin), gets a bath with medicated shampoo, has had urine tests and blood work done (tests negative cancer, worms, tick fever) and still the bloodwork comes up as no results from the vets. Any insights to what this may be?
