i have poor hand nails at the moment and have done for a while, nails that break and have ridges..does this indicate that i have poor physical health? or a specific health problem? i bite my nails alot to because of the high anxiety and stress i feel alot of the time. is there anything i can do to repair them?

This is the picture of my kitten that showed up on my front porch one night a little while ago. We named her Foxy for no real reason other then that's all we could come up with. No one has claimed her and we had asked around and put up a posting just in case anybody that was looking, so we decided to keep her. We have yet to take her to a vet to get her shots but we are very soon. Very friendly. She has six toes on one paw...(I just wanted to give some background info just in case anybody was curious)
I was just wondering, based on this picture, can anyone tell me what breed she is? Maybe average how old she is?

he made it clear to me before he left me that he didn't love me anymore. He is rather cool with me each time he makes a contact. We were married for 18 tears. I just don't trust him anymore and I am wondering what goes in men's mind to even want a contact again after completely falling out of love with their wives? My husband and I are moving to DC in about 2 months, and have no clue where to live! I will be working a few minutes away from GW. Any suggestions on afforable housing in a safe area would be great!
