Considering the teams with the worst records in the nfl most have qb's with less than 2 or 3 years and are still considered franchise qb's.

Considering he's the most likely first pick...

The 2-9 teams:
Arizona would pass as they have Lienert.
Oakland certainly would take him as they haven't had a rookie phenom at quarterback as long as I can recall.
Detroit could take him as well. Kitna and McCown aren't exactly high profile QBs with future potential.

The 3-8 teams:
Houston has Carr, and that offense is starting to work. I suspect they'd draft defense again.
Cleveland has Frye...not certain they're ready to end that experiment yet.
Tampa has a couple of young options after Gradowski has played well, so doubtful here as well.

Best guess, Quinn will end up either a Raiders or a Lion. Hopefully neither of those organizations will kill him.

Could be Oakland or Detroit, depends which one has the worst record at the end of the year. I am expecting the draft order to go:

1 Detroit- Brady Quinn QB ND
2 Arizona- Adrian Peterson RB OKL
3 Oakland- Troy Smith QB OSU
4 Tamp Bay- Joe Thomas OT WI

It's looking like the Detroit Lions will be in the running for the #1 Draft pick, and I believe they will take a QB, as Jon Kitna hasn't proved to be any better than the backup he was in Cincy. They have talented receivers already, a talented running back, and an average QB. It makes more sense for the Lions to draft him than any other team. Then again, when have the Lions ever made sense with any of their draft picks? They'll probably take Dwayne Jarrett of USC since they like to draft big receivers who are great in college but turn into busts in the NFL.

would desire to be Oakland or Detroit, relies upon which one has the worst checklist on the top of the 12 months. i'm watching for the draft order to circulate: a million Detroit- Brady Quinn QB ND 2 Arizona- Adrian Peterson RB OKL 3 Oakland- Troy Smith QB OSU 4 Tamp Bay- Joe Thomas OT WI
