I have noticed something. Very often, in film and television, many of the people write left handed.

Is this simply some sort of film practice, as in the director thinks left-handedness just looks better on camera?

Additonally: Maybe the actor is really right handed, but the character he/she is playing is left handed? If this is correct, why does Hollywood write so many left-handed characters?

This has been simply an observation, and nothing more.

A man is opening a restaurant and he asks one of his workers to come up with a name for it

The man tells Al one of his workers that he will name the restaurant after the first thing Al sees when he goes out the door

Al walks outside and the first thing he saw was a girl named Lucy and he saw her legs He told the man and so the restaurant was named Lucy's Legs The man was so impressed that he said the next day Al could get a free drink

The next day Al comes a bit early and a policeman walks by and notices Al waiting there The policeman asks What are you doing

Al says I'm waiting for Lucys legs to open so I can get a drink

I really want the wii seeing as nintendo 64 was a blast with friends a long time ago. It has Zelda which is supposed to be the best game out of all the game launches for wii, and even 360 and ps3. also, it has red steel, which seems to be fun with the new controller, upcoming smash bros brawl comparable to smash bros melee on 64, james bond, mario kart, and i'm guessing many other good games in 07. But i've played Gears of War with my cousin and it was amazing. great graphics and gameplay. and also halo 3 which is basically the pinnacle of all games, and assassins creed which looks to be unique and fun. ps3 is totally out of the question cause of price and relation to 360 games. and i know most of you will answer 360, but i'm going to have that thing where if i get the 360, i'll be missing out on zelda and the whole new controller thing, cause i know the wii is more made for gameplay rather then graphics. which one?

Very much in love - and things seem perfect on the outside. Until now had no doubts this was the man I would marry. Yesterday while at his house, I checked email on his computer and saw and adult personals site in the history. Curiosity got the best of me - and I clicked on it - Only to discover his ad with some very disturbing photos. Says he's looking for women to have fun with. (??Our sex life is fantastic??) If it was old - I maybe could justify it - but now that I know - I checked and he has been active on the site 2 days in a row. What should I do - and how should I confront him? I'm heartbroken and scared - please help!

the few videos that worked on my ipod dont work anymore- i can hear the sound of the video, but instead of watching it, all i see is the picture (you know, like the first second of the video or whatever...?)?!?!?!?

Does anyone with a toddler have problems with them sleeping through the night? My daughter just turned 2yrs old and she wakes up every night crying. Sometimes I can get her to go back to sleep or sometimes she stays up. This happens almost every night. She has to be really tired to sleep through the night.

A year ago my son had to be punished because he joined bad crowds, was doing dangerous stuff. We grounded him for some months until we could trust him again. He changed completely, but got very resentful and humiliated, because he had apologized and promised to change and it took us months to trust him again. Today he's a great boy but avoids us, doesn't talk to us about his life, he just lives with us. We tried to tal with him a lot of times, explained we were afraid he'd do something dangerous, it was out of love. But he always says he can't get over , we should have belived him (although he had some chances to change his behavior without a punishment) and shouldn't wait for months before trusting him again. Today he's sure a great guy, but sems will never love us again. This year he got in the honor roll of his school and didn't tell us, I got to know from a teacher. We could have so many activities together, I could help him so much. But seems his resentment will last forever

For easy reading, I'll put in points
1. I am a 17 year-old girl. I can't sleep at night.
2. I don't take naps b'coz dad doesn't like idea of naps. I can't sleep during naps either.
3. I often sleep at 2-4 am, I've read books, do exercise, relaxing, but they don't put me to sleep.
4. I always wake up 6 am (school) or 8am (holidays) no matter what time I sleep.
5. I have these stomach pains between the ribs and lower, often the lower part in the morning. I've tried different diets to see if I can't take certain foods for breakfast and stalling breakfast to a later time (the morning rest period), but the pains just come almost the same time in the morning, and I get tired and sweaty fighting the pain and often fall asleep in class.
6. Sometimes I get this itchy stomach feeling, or perhaps it's just vibrating quite violently.

I've work it out with mother that we'll check on the doctors after my exam(if I remind her, that is) But now can anyone see what is wrong with me, please?

hi I am 12 yrs of old. my best friend savanna told me shes scared cause she missed her period and shes been puking almost every day and her and her bf have been serios sexully. i havent even started to have a period yet and havent kissed a guy i still want to be a kid :)

ive been seeing this guy casually.we have only met up 4 times and when we do meet,i stay at his place cause i live in a different town to him.he has been chasing me for about 2 years,even when i was in my previous 6 year relationship with my ex fiance.i had my own place with my ex too.

he knew about my relationship.he knew my ex but they were not friends.my ex has since moved away.ive been single now for 8 months.

i have only kissed this guy but he does want to take things further.he is still chasing me.

i really like this guy and he shows all the signs that he likes me.

if he just wanted sex wouldnt he have given up now?

At my job our boss yells for nothing. He is always asking us to do a million things at one time, and I guess he expects us to do all of them at one time and if we don't he starts to raise his voice and then yells where is this, didn't I tell you to do it, it's like I am getting to it, and we tell him if you wanted us to do that particular thing first you should have let me know. Forget it that makes him YELL I told you to do this and blah blah I mean he is a Dr. wether he is professinal you tell me. So I wanted to know is it harrasment to yell at your employees to the point where he makes me cry and humiliates us in front of patients. Imean he yells even to pt's.

I think newborns look like little gray/red wrinkled up old men, and even when they get a little older (up to 1 year) they all look the same, so what's the big deal? Plus they make too much noise. I wish we could skip the baby stage.

I moved into a nice two story townhome that has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached garage and washer n dryer hookups. Because i am on section 8 my rent is only $297.00 a month. My friend who moved from one of the townhomes warned me that the townhomes have field mice that come in from the field.When the manager of these townhomes called me and told me that i was next to move in after a 1 1/2 yr wait i jumped at the opportunity. First i told the manager that i heard that they have mice and she replied that it was no longer a problem. I recently complained to the manager that there are mice and she sent out a stupid exterminator who only gave me some cardboard traps w/ really sticky super glue like stuff. He told me to put them in each corner of the house and add a drop of peanut butter to them and wait to catch the mice. Well after two weeks i've only caught one little baby mouse but there are still like 5 mice remaining. I threatened the manager that i was looking for a new
