I really, really hope my daughter turns out like you! You are an awesome kid.
Your friend is young, so chances are her periods are not yet regular - she may not have missed her period at all. Her sickness may be from the flu - it is the flu season right now.
Take her to an afterhours/walk-in clinic to take a pregnancy test. Depending on where you are, they won't have to tell the gaurdians.
EDITED!!! If it turns out that she is pregnant, tell your parents. If they're anything like I imagine, they will help your friend get through it and help her break the news to her grandparents.

it's not the end of the world. But, it's definitely serious. Your friend needs to tell her mom or someone( an adult ) that she trusts. I know she is scared, but not knowing or being alone is scarier. As far as you still being her friend, well your parents will probably make that decision for you and if not, If you can be a good friend with out being drawn into that fast life style, then be there for her she will need all the support she can get. And if not then it's OK your only twelve you don't really make lasting friendships till high school!! But don't befriend her till she tells someone your involved now! If she refuses to tell you do it!! This is no joke.Good
Luck to you and your Friend!!!

Let the decisions your friend makes be an influence to you. You shouldn't stop being friends just because she has a baby. As for her, I think her parents need to intervene and do something about it. You should definitely let this mistake be a lesson for you in the future.

Does your friend have a good relationship with her parents? Then she needs to talk to them. (If her parents are abusive, however, she should NOT speak to them--just for her own safety). Otherwise, she should speak to a school counselor or some other adult she trusts. And she needs a pregnancy test pronto!
Twelve is way too young to take on the responsibilities of sex, not to mention parenthood.

I agree. I think it is awesome that you want to stay a kid. I would stay her friend she will need one. I would tell her to tell her mom or you will. She needs to see a doctor especially if she is pregnant. It will be very hard on her since she is so young. Good luck to her.
She also needs someone who has a good head on her shoulders... like you!

Congratulate Savanna for me. No doubt her baby will follow in her steps and you can start calling her Grannie when she is 24. My best wishes for all of you.
