I think newborns look like little gray/red wrinkled up old men, and even when they get a little older (up to 1 year) they all look the same, so what's the big deal? Plus they make too much noise. I wish we could skip the baby stage.

Because you wouldn't want to tell the proud new parents something like "Man,what happened to THAT kid!" or "you need to send HIM back for a better model!" or "When you find the real dad-smack him with the same ugly stick!" lol.

Some baby's are way cute. Other babies are yucky. I have a hard time figuring out what to say when I see a baby that I think isn't cute. I always say they have cute feet or ears or something. But I agree. I love the baby stage. They make noise but they don't get into everything in sight.

Babies are adorable. They have the cutest little toes and hands and make the cutest gooing sounds ive ever heard. It is so precious to see a baby beaming from ear to ear and happy like no other can be happy to. They are so sweet and innocent and adorable with their big round eyes and baby soft skin and cute hair that I dont know how anyone could not find babies cute. I love them.

Its programmed into the brains of women and some men to have feelings of protection and compassion towards anything that is proportioned with a larger head than a body. Then theres the chemicals envolved with parents when they have children that programs their brains to love it unconditionally.
Its biology, and an interesting study. You should read up on it some time.

Well, not all babies are cute. I'm sorry but its true. I think it's the innocence of them. They are so new and it's interesting for us to watch them learn and see and do things for the first time. That's why the older they get, the more they get on our nerves because that innocence goes away.

Its actually due to nature. Even baby animals are "cute". Babies have big bright eyes and do all the other stuff kids do that people think are cute......its actually a proven fact....so that the mothers will become attached to them.

Babies are so cute because they are completely innocent. They are starting life, and are a combination of their parents, grandparents, and it is really neat to see where the baby gets his/her looks.
