I ask this in the religion catagory because she now says things like it was a sin and the sin is hers. I only had the procedure done because her doctor advised it. She very nearly died carrying our daughter and her doctor advised against any more pregnancies for her life's sake. We have two wonderful children, an older boy as well as the daughter, and since the operation was less invasive for the man, vasectomy vs tube tying, I had it done.
She was in total agreement at the time but now seems to think that it was a crime against God and nature and says that it has ruined sex for her.
I miss the sex, I won't try to lie about that, but I am really more worried about her mental state since I don't know where this stuff she is saying is coming from. She won't discuss with me it to any degree and refuses to see a marriage counsoler or talk to her doctor about it as a medical problem and says that I should accept the situation.

I am agnostic and do not think highly of organized religion. How could God, if he exists, banish me to hell if there is compelling scientific evidence that he probably does not exist? Wouldn't he be punishing me for the intelligence HE gave me?

Oh, and another question...If God know everything; Why would he even create us as he already knows what is going to happen? Can God create a rock he can not lift??

I had 2 top teeth filled 4 weeks ago and immediately started to have toothache. The pain radiates all over the left side of my face, into my head and eyes and into all other teeth on the left side. The pain comes in waves and then stops for a while before coming back again. The teeth are very sensitive to warm and heat. After 3 weeks of that I went back to the dentist who extracted one tooth. Result: pain as before, nothing changed. Back to the dentsit today. She told me it was dry socket from the extraction. I told her that the teeth had been aching before the extraction. However, she insited and gave me antibiotics. Do you think it will help? I am climbing the walls and don't know what to do anymore.

I've heard things like "There are no Atheists in foxholes," or "You won't be Atheist when judgment day comes!" that pretty much make fun of Atheists by predicting about what they might do when in trouble. But honestly, how Christian would it be to laugh at an Atheist who is scared out his wits of something about to happen, like illness or certain death of self or a loved one? Some seem to get a warm fuzzy feeling at the thought of Atheists going to hell after realizing "they were wrong". So wouldn't that make you the horrible person? Thoughts?

I know the theory about weakened bones etc if a woman doesn't take it and some women never suffer PMS but having spent half a life held to ransom by hormones, surely it's better for some women when they finally disappear? I am currently paying to get my diploma in astrology/parapsychology and I passed with 90 something %. In it I learned about astrology, I ching, numerology, psychic abilities, and palmistry. I would like to someday connect psychology with parapsychology and astrology. Some people have already done that like Carl Jung but I want to do it in more modern times. I also like to astral travel but I don't know how to make myself do it , it just happens every once in a while. So if you are interested in these things what is your favorite? I recorded it on my DVR & just caught up on it tonight (11-26-06). Some of the dancing was questionable & just like old times where she was on the edge of raunchy. I DID notice one song about NY that had several bleeps, one was missed & hilarious because of that, and she flipped the bird at the audience in parts of that song.

One song had her dancers pretending to be horses on stage. NO amount of money could make me do that, even for the sake of entertainment.

Did you watch it? What are your opinions?
