I am currently paying to get my diploma in astrology/parapsychology and I passed with 90 something %. In it I learned about astrology, I ching, numerology, psychic abilities, and palmistry. I would like to someday connect psychology with parapsychology and astrology. Some people have already done that like Carl Jung but I want to do it in more modern times. I also like to astral travel but I don't know how to make myself do it , it just happens every once in a while. So if you are interested in these things what is your favorite? Mine is all except psychic abilities scare me a little when they actually happen.

Hi fellow gemini. Tarot is my favorite and I work a pendulum. I believe in psychic ability but I think its a bit like walking on your hands and not your feet, that it doesn't come as easy. Some great free tarot sites are, www.facade.com/ also www.llewellyn.com/free/tarot.php Facade is the best and has a huge selection of decks to choose from. I like the readings better when I turn off the reversals which is automaticly selected, ( your choice ). I like the Minchiate deck the best myself. A book you might explore is, Parallel Myths by J.F.Bierlein copywritten in 1994 published by Ballantine Books. It explores common myth themes. Also a book called, The Day You Were Born by Linda Joyce is a nice combination of numerology and astrology. It was copywritten in 1998 and published by Kensington Publishing Corp. Also a book called, Mysteries by Colin Wilson, copywritten 1980, published by Perigee Trade. That book covers myth symbols divination religion and much more.Does that help any?

i am a junior psychology major at a small liberal arts college in the midwest, and I have this professor who is a minister, a therapist, a professor, a member of the air force and a black belt instructor of chinese martial arts. this man introduced me to parapsychology and especially to energy work. I really like the energy work and the acupuncture thats really neat. Carl Jung is really neat too I bought myself a book on his work with parapsychology. I was unaware you could get a degree in taht... thats what bill murray had a degree in on ghost busters. thats so cool. where did you go to school?

the psychic abilities are fun but can be scary. I don't like knowing the bad things as much. That's mainly what holds me back.
