we get charged for playin our radio to loud since other ppl can hear it so why shouldnt they be charged for marchin up to some ones door step and singin, and do ppl still do this, i live in a small town i no one actually does that here

Okay, so here is the story! My brother Derek and I have the same mom's but different dads and well, his dad has a son my age, so that would make it my brother's half brother I think! Well, my brother Derek's brother like's me... And, I kinda like him. Would, it be insest or strange/weird if we would date... Im so confussed on this. I just don't know what to do. I mean it feels weird cause it's my brother's brother, but he is no blood to me! Please help!

About three weeks ago, I noticed a hard, round, lump near the center of my chest where the clavicle meets the sternum. It's about 2cm+ in diameter, has a smooth surface, seems to be oval in shape (almost round like a circle), is painless, and is not moveable.

It's in an awkward position: half on the actual clavicle bone and half below it. It is very close to the center of my chest, but a little bit to the right. There is no similar lump anywhere else.

About a month ago, I noticed a pain there, but there was no lump there at the time.

Within the past three weeks, it has not grown nor shrunken.

My doctor checked it out and he's not too concerned about it. He thinks that it may be inflammation turned hard and painless. An x-ray revealed nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this may be?

The 2 sided tape it came with is very hard to remove and now it has turned yellow on my window frames. Our house is about 10 years old and we have the plastic window casings. I have used rubbing alcohol to remove some of it, but very time consuming and had to rub really hard. Any other suggestions to clean it up?
