I do not work and my husband does, but i am in control of the money. you have to put your foot down and make him realize about the future. MONEY IS THE #1 REASON FOR DIVORCE. the more he spends the more you guys will fight.

I honeslty don't know the legalities of this but I do think you would benefit from opening your own accounts to ensure you and your family are taken care of. It won't cost you any money for a consultation with a lawyer and it would be a smart thing to do especially if you have a home and children that need protection. Good luck!!

Why do you want to stay married to him? If you do, you are both headed to financial ruin.
Go to a lawyer and see if you can have your finances separated, but unless you've had some kind of prenuptial agreement, you are pretty much snookered, unless you ditch him.
