Is this lactic acid? Do power gels with sugar and carbs help prevent this? If so, can I take it at mile 4, for example to prevent the onset at mile 5? I run on an empty stomach with just a bit of protein shake because otherwise I get stomach cramps.

as im going to my friends wedding and its aboad, i want to look tanned and exotic. i know sunbeds are really bad for you but i only use them once a year. im thinking of renting a sunbed but a stand up one. it will work out cheaper for me to hire one rather than visit a tanning shop. as i live at home with my parents i have to put the subnbed in my bedroom. my bedrooms not huge but does anybody have any ideas how big a stand up sunbed is and if they are really big. as i have to put it in my room with a bed

I like to race my car, and when I was in the middle of a race the other day I thought about killing myself. I havnt lead a very good life and I thought if i kill myself I could make it easier on myself and others. If I die, there isnt anyone who will miss me and I have no real reason to live so, why not? Life isnt that good anyway so what should I do? Im thinking life should end.

I want to buy a new X5. I see the american version is cheaper and better equiped (xenon, metalic paint, alarm,premium sound etc come standard). Eventually I may go back to europe and I wonder whether it would be very difficult and expensive to have the car converted to european spec in order to import it into europe.

Im a guy of 25 and i still get spots on the side of my chin.

Someone asked this question, to which I responded that I find all of christianity an affront to jesus. By this I meant that modern christianity is a perversion of his message. It represents an established instituition that is largely corrupt and the atithesis of what he taught. Why would this response have been deleted. I can only assume that it was the result of some narrow minded, right wing christian who is blinded to christ's true message
