How can you say that Dravid is a soft man when his performance as a batsman has been outstanding for the last 3-4 years ! I think he is under a lot of additional pressure from the Coach which he is finding very difficult to handle.

When India team was performing well and won most of the ODI played in the year 2005,every one was praising Dravid and Chapel lavishly. Now the same people are asking for their head, which I feel is not at all fair. When Dravid had captained the team successfully in 2005, I cannot understand why people are finding fault in his captaincy now. Unfortunately for Dravid the players are not playing to their potential which is the main cause for the debacle for which most of the blame should go to the
players and not the Captain..

Hey Dravid is not softest...... He s just a soft guy.. But Very Sturdy In His decision making ability... He s the suitable guy at Present

Ganguly had a attacking mentality for which he was Bengal Tiger. On the other hand Dravid Has got a Mewing mentality

A captain is as good as the team that he gets. Dravid can't bat, bowl and keep too.
So lets stop finding individual scapegoats and try and address the bigger problem- can we ever overcome the mortal fear of the rising ball....if so how?

team india did not win all mathces under gaguluy's captincy ganguly was captin for 146 matches( five and half yrs) while dravid is for 51 matches.(18 months). It is not right to compare captaincy of drvid with ganguly as a captain.
Even recent ranji league match agaist pubjab ganguly misbehaved with umpire does such manners not matters??
Team Inda scored lesser runs against kiwis and lost series s when ganguly was captain and team spirit/ commitment/ bla.. bla.. was too high.Team India din not win series in SA from last 3 toursWhen ganguly's leadership team India did not win any series against SA..
Team India failed to handle pressure and lost match b’cuz of poor fielding.
Team india won worldcup under the captiancy of kapildev why not we call back kapildev and his team mates??
draavid is very calculative and methodical while ganguly is very agressive and passionate in leadership
During recent ranji league match in punjab ganguly misbehjaved with umpire cautioned him as he had shown dissen Ganguly had shown dissent after umpire S Ravindram turned down one of his appeals.t We cautioned him as he had shown dissent
dravid will never do such things on the field
he declared innings when lara was making problems about dhoni during test in recent WI series

SOLUTION?
DRAVID be removed from CAPTAINCY and ODI-Why?
The worst captain-
could not control SA from 6 wicket down for 76; finally SA made 275.
Any 18yrs child can do better job.
He made 63 in 103 balls and it is equvalent of 184 in 50 overs. This means he played for his retaintion in the team but not for win of INDIA.
HE SCORED +50 for 63 but SCORED (NEGETIVE) -100 for playing TEST Match in ODI.
The net score of dravid is (negative)-50. This means he can play TEST but he shall be removed from ODI side of INDIA.
Shri DHONI be made CAPTAIN- Why?
He scored 55 in 48 balls, this is equivalent to 344 runs in 50 overs. Therefore he played for win of INDIA. HE GOT 50 FOR SCORING 55, and 100 FOR PLAYING FOR WIN OF INDIA and not mere for his retaintion in the team.
THEREFORE DHONI WITH 150 MARKS OUT OF 100 WILL THE CAPTAIN IN THE NEXT ODI
Shri DRAVID WITH (-)50 SCORE SHALL BE DROPPED FROM ODI AND RESERVED FOR TEST ONLY.

i agree wit rmr. Dravid is not a bad captain.
He's jus under alot of pressure

Correct you are. He is a fine batsman, but not a good captain. He should resign or his career would get shortened.

my OPENION is that you whole team needs replacment.
you got 11 so-called super stars in your team which need to be DUMPED.
give a chance to new talent man !!!!!!!!!!!!!
