i luv to shop. it's like my fave thing to do. i always tell the girl helping me that i'm looking for my girlfriend. do ya think they know it's for me. if i just told them i liked shopping for me do you think they would be so sweet and help me out or just laugh. thanks so much :)

actually I would think it's awsome if someone guy asked me advice on what he should wear. but thats just me so figure out the places that the girls that work there are cool and understanding and then say somthing but dont' just tell everyone it might freak them out so pick a cool person that seems understanding and go to them a lot for the shopping or take a female freind with you and pretend it's hers

Hmmm... Do you live in an open minded community? You don't actually have to provide any explanation.
Some clerks would laugh and some would help, but most will get over the novelty eventually. If you go to stores where they earn comission, they will be lined up to squeeze you into melon tube tops.

I've worked in a shop and helped a male customer choose womens clothes for himself. It's was not a big deal for me or any embarrassment to him.
Just be true to yourself.
