I need to find out if my firel control panel at works has been reseted.

Yes, you can get a history of your panel but unfortunately you have to obtain the programing software and proper cables to connect it to a laptop.

This software is generally not available to the public.

Basically you need to contact the contractor that maintains or installed the panel. The company will dispatch a tech with all the proper equipment for software diagnostics and history. They will be able to log into the panel and retrieve just about anything you want to know.

Condar is basically right. Most newer panels have an event history stored in them. However, not all panels do. If it's a conventional or older panel than probably not.

A quick way to tell is if the panel is equipped with a LCD display, then most likely, it will record a history.

The good news is not all panels have to have a computer connected to them to display event history. Most Notifier brand panels will allow access to the history through a user log in. Contact your service company and ask them. They will be able to provide the specifics.
