Ok so this just started a couple weeks ago but anyway my sister just turned 18 and she goes out at least 2 times a week and every time she goes out she makes sure that it's ok with me and i say "its fine." I'm 14 by the way anyway so i thought i'd go to bed one night when my sister was gone and i went to bed and i kept on having flash backs of scary movies and the most scariest parts in the movies and trust me i've never been this scared in my life and i live in a safe neighborhood but i always feel like someone is going to come in my room and kidnap me or something. It scares me that i'm having these feelings. So can you please tell me how to overcome it???

thank for your answers, I have tried everything, but my wife wants to act like nothing has happened. She tries to show me that she cares, but it all seems so superfical. That depth we once shared is gone, Talking would make all the difference in the world, but she shuts me out every time. I know I should probably move on, because I need to hear and be shown those 3 little words, I love you.

She already knows that I have feelings for her. At some point, she reciprocated too. But I think I took it too fast

She's in a relationship now. and I think I may have actually got her in that relationship. That's cause I kissed her, she told her bestfriend[who she's been in love with for two years], and *poof* she decided to make a move on the guy. And now.. They're together

I thought I could be okay with it. But I'm not. I pretend everyday that I'm fine with what's happening. Hell everyone else who knows, thinks I'm fine with it too. But I'm still dying inside. I'm still waiting for her, even though I know that it's useless. I'm still dreaming of being with her. I've tried to just forget about my own feelings, since she's damn happy with the guy.. But I just can't... I don't know what to do anymore.

The world's giving me mixed signs on what to do. Whether I should tell her that I still do love her or I should just keep my mouth shut and suffer. I don't know. Please help me.

I have read a ton on homicides of different sorts, murders, and even peculiar cases of grotesque cannibalism. But what I seem to find facination and most unifrom upon the product and end result of each of these vulgarities of society is that the killer is often much more remebered and peole even visit his house, while the victims are barely even though about or known. Such as the case of Joachim Kroll the cannibal of Germany, fans actually visit him house, books dedicated after him, etc. Is this representative of the nature of man and society, that outwardly we show somber sad emotion for the victums, and within we perpetuate liking and fascination at grotesque and horrendous acts.

there is smackdown there is raw, now there is ecw what really is that, is it an offshot of WWE... whats the rationale why there are so many wrestling federations but is still in 1 mother federation. There was WCW, is that RAW today? then now ECW? i know TNA is not WWE, and that is the only truly separate federation, but raw, smackdown, and ecw i think are just the same... it makes it so complex, wrestling is wrestling... i love wrestling

I am 25 years old,5'2'' tall,146 pounds.I have bought a treadmill and have been burning 100 calories daily by walking.But unforutnately i see a weight gain of 1 kg now.What should i do ?is there a work schedule to be followed for that?should i burn more calories?how much is the ideal amount of calories to be burnt?is there any prererable time?I usually do it in the evening.
