The "Rolling Stones" were started about a year before the band , "Kiss". Well the rolling stones wanted to be as good as kiss or as famous as kiss. So the leader of kiss has that long tounge. They couldnt use the toung thing because that would be coping of Kiss so the did a normal tounge.
