Ok so this just started a couple weeks ago but anyway my sister just turned 18 and she goes out at least 2 times a week and every time she goes out she makes sure that it's ok with me and i say "its fine." I'm 14 by the way anyway so i thought i'd go to bed one night when my sister was gone and i went to bed and i kept on having flash backs of scary movies and the most scariest parts in the movies and trust me i've never been this scared in my life and i live in a safe neighborhood but i always feel like someone is going to come in my room and kidnap me or something. It scares me that i'm having these feelings. So can you please tell me how to overcome it???

What exactly does that have to do with your sister asking your permission to go out?

You could have panic attacks. These symptoms look like that. You should talk to your mom and see what you can do about it to stop it. The best doctor here is you since you know your body and yourself as a whole. If nothing can be done, then go and see a psychologist. In our first year psychology course we had a guest speaker and she told us that she used to have panic attacks. Sometimes she would just panic for no reason. I remember telling us that she would suddenly start sweating and feeling nervous. One more thing. Do you leave the music on when you go to sleep. You should not sleep with a music or TV on since it bothers your brain. Your brain must rest.

I love the Exorcist! Sorry. Just keep telling yourself that's Hollywood, a movie, not real. We don't need any horror movies- we got the war going on- that's the scariest!
