this site called thecoolpic.net gets open up every time i open explorer as it has made itself the home page and disabled all my home page internet settings . i dnt kno how to remove it ,i tried spybot nd kaspersky bt 2 no avail . so help plz .

I live behind a park and i have a dog, a gate faces onto the park which is needed for council access due to a storm water drain running through the property. Lately children aged 3-6 have been poking my dog with sticks through the gate, throwing rocks and throwing sticks at him over the fence and myself. We have asked the parents many times to stop nicely and have received abuse.
My dog has had an absyss from being poked and also on several occassions a bloody mouth and face. The council says its a police problem and the police say they are too busy for this. The children are constantly bashing on the gate which we have been forced to barricade up and install a cheap security system to deter them. this is not working.

Is this normal 'just kids having fun' behaviour. Should the parents be doing more than laughing and waving at us while their children to it? Is this behaviour typical of 3-5 year olds? Do your children annoy neighbours when they go to the local park

So I want to make it look nice with paint. I am not going to replace anything. I might paint the cabinets white, add some shelves in. What do you suggest? The counter tops only have a hint of pink, they are actually sort of dark. Oh yes, the reason why I am considering pink is I have stainless steel accessories in there!

My b/f's friend hit me cuz I beat him at a race. He was all pissed off. Why?? Cuz he got beat by a girl in a hot pink porsche??
Was it wrong of my b/f to hold me back and then he go hit his friend?? I really wanted to hit the sob but he wouldn't let me. why??
Why the **** wouldn't he let me hit the guy back. I may be the most popular girl in school but I have no problem fighting back.
I could have given a damn less if things got ugly. So I get bruised. It wears off but the sweet victory don't. Did he not think I could fight back??
Was he secretly on his friends side??
Did he care more about me hurting his friend or think his friend was gonna hurt me more?? He ended up hitting his friend.
Was he protecting me?? He knows I could've fought back. Why wouldn't he let me finish what his friend started?? I sooooo wanted

I just recently found out a person i was leaving my daughter in care with was signing her timesheets every two weeks, without me knowing, she was signing her name as well as mine, and i no longer leave my daughter with this lady, but i had to talk to the people that were going to take cash out of my account for november costs, she only watched my daughter 2 days out of the month of nov and this lady (that was watching her) is sayign she watched her for three, well when i tried arguing with the lady that does payroll on the phone, she said to me:'why are you making this such a big deal? you signed her timesheet' and i have never ever signed anything, what do i do about this situation?

I've always planned to have 3 children. I keep being warned, though, about "Jan Brady Syndrome" and told that it's best to have 2 or 4 kids to avoid it. What do you think?
