Aliens,it is obvious aliens would win aliens have guns that shoot rays that can disintegrate dinosuars that would easily wipe out the dinosaurs plus we don't know what other weapons they have or how powerful they are.

dinosaurs of course. They ruled for millions of years and kicked butt every time. Then earth got a freaky ice age which wiped out dinosaurs. Boy oh boy, if it hadn't been for huge chunks of ice, dinosaurs could still be kicking.
