I know this isn't quite the answer you are looking for but try going to instyleweddings.com. There you can send an email to try and find out and look through their dress gallery and try to find the one you are thinking of.

i will imagine of various of persons i comprehend who will be really offended and if were informed they appeared 'trashy' would finally end up. different would understand, fantastically in the adventure that they comprehend you're purely your mom's messenger of this request. i'm no longer sensible what those tattoos appear as if (yet like you suggested they don't seem offensive) so i'd see in case you would possibly want to get your mom to administration it to circumvent conflict on the day. My widespread element I actually have seen human beings do about tattoos at weddings is they get a wrap or a jacket for some posed images with grandma (or mom) even perchance for the ceremony then free the wrap for the reception. That way the further conservative kin have some posed images that are tattoos free yet you're literally not truly stepping on anyones ft.

If you have the magazine, there should be credits of any/all dresses pictured in the magazine. Check in the back of the magazine, usually it will be listed by page numbers, something like "dress page 59, by designer X" It's usually in smallish print, so you might have to do some digging, but you should find it there. If you can't find it, call the magazine, there should be an 800 number, call and ask them. I guarantee you, THEY know the designer, etc. Best of luck to you!
