MRI STUDY OF THE LUMBAR SPINE

There are disk vertebral degeneration changes as narrowing of disk space end-plate irregularity, mind instabilities ligamentum flavum thickening, disk bulging, marginal ostephytosis & fact joint hypertrophy.

These changes causing canal stenosis as well as enchorachment on neural foramens & nerve root sleeves.

No infectious or neoplasm is detected
Bone marrow signal intensity change due to osteoprosis with fracture at T12 is seen.
IMPRESSION:
1)MULTIPLE DISKS BULGING
2)SPINAL CANAL STENOSIS
3)LUMBAR SPONDYLOSIS ( ARTHROSIS)
4)POST MENOPAUSE OSTEOPROSIS FRACTURE.

well im getting my lip pierced for my birthday in about three weeks..problem is my school doesnt allow piercings...so is it possible to get it pierced with a less noticeable stud or retainer? or am i gonna have to wait 6 months for school to let out?!

Here's the story ppl. About 5 weeks ago was the the first time i went out on lunch with her, then we had a great time at a dinner and several lunches, she loved it and so did i....she was with her boyfriend then...then her b/f broke it off with her, and i comforted her that night. Ever since then, weve been to heaps of lunches/dinners etc..i never made the move cause it was way too early.She always liked to touch me, sit on my seat, and talk/txt/alot....introduce me to mates etc...and now its pretty much nothing, the past few days have been really hard for me.Its like i done something wrong but i havent, she seems to distance herself from me, not txtn asmuch, now its nothing. What has happened to the spark?ive given her space, and i think she knows im hurting but she doesnt seem to care much, or acts like she doesnt maybe?...im too scared to ask as this girl works with me, but i really like her heaps, and she used to aswell, maybe somethings changed....its real evil whats shes doing..

Ever since I have gotten a car, I have had to drive my boyfriend everywhere. this started about 2 years ago. now it's getting ridiculous. I drive a truck that sucks gas like you wouldn't belive too. and also, he'll call from the bar at 2 am wanting a ride home. he doesn't even walk to my house (he's only 5 blocks away) if i didn't drive over 5 blocks to get him, i wouldn't see him. it's not just money, it's the fact he doesn't think it's a big deal. I do this so he doesn't freeze his butt of (and plus he'll make me feel guilty if I don't get him) but even the other night, i picked him up, drove him to bar, picked up from bar, drove to work, picked up from work, drove back to bar, picked back up from bar, drove to his friends house, picked him up from friends house. This went on from 8 pm till 4 am. and he says that i don't do anything for him, that driving him doesn't qualify as doing something for him. he doesn't do anything for me! I even have to beg for a hug. what do I do?

Ok, I know that people will tell you that when you are trying to accomplish a goal that you would procrastinate about, you should reward yourself with something you would like to do. Yeeah,...that doesn't work for me. For example, I love to get massages, but if I tell myself that if I study for an hour I get a massage, I'll just say "to hell with it" and ditch studying for the massage. Then I'll just kick myself about it when I fail a test, or end up not turning in a homework assignment. I love to take care of my home. I want to be consistant with a routine for cleaning and organizing, but I never keep up with it. For example, I want to get a head start on cleaning, so that I can start cooking early for Thanksgiving, instead of doing it all at the last minute (especially since I left a mountain of dishes last night). It's 1:45am and I still haven't done a thing. But, you can bet I'm sitting here beating myself up about. What is that?!
