i do. thats what i did before i had the guts to put eyeliner on the bottom. and i noticed in my own pictures it really made my eyes look larger.

1) get a liquid eyelinre with a brush, not a felt tip. this will give you more control over the amount 2) go slow. to keep your hand from shaking and give you some stability, lean you elbow on the countertop 3) PRACTICE. liquid eyeliner takes alot of tries but it pays off once you get it right. it lasts longer than pencil eyeliner, and is more noticable.

I do, espeically if you have big eyes. If not then you need it on the top and bottom eyelids in order to bring the eyes out more. Like in the picture...her eyes look much bigger b/c of the top eyeliner and mascara.

The way her liner was applied gives her cat-eyes effect.
It is beautiful. I even like the smoky eyes that people used to wear in the 60's or 70's.
By the way, is she not the girl from Victoria's Secret?

i love it
its so pretty
but it's also very dramatic
i dont think i could pull that off on a daily basis
i'd just be walking down the street wondering if i looked stupid
:D but i do think it's really attractive and it's a really neat tool to change the appearence of your eyes

It looks VERY cool!!! Though, I (personally) would probably put mascara lightly on the bottom as well.

yes ive been doing it since 16. i have big eyes and putting colour on the bottom makes me look goth which scares ppl off.
