What is a infrared spectrometer?

I really need to know the purpose of a infrared spectrometer. Are they any other methods of getting similiar results. Did this open any doors as to finding something else? Please Help!

I need help with mozilla firefox?

On all the websites on firefox that have a grey 'submit button' or something, they aren't working.
For instance, I am trying to make an account hotmail but when I tye to click 'check availability' or 'I Agree' nothing happens.
My server does allow cookies.
My normal Internet explorer is working.
Any tips/help? Much needed! Thanks.

I saw a guy freak out and lock himself into an Ambulance when we were outside during a marching drill, and during intake, I saw another guy break out of the line and run out of the building when they anounced they were going to do a Urinalysis!

97 honda civic not getting a spark, how do you fix it?

I have a 97 honda civic and the other night it worked fine. The next day, however, it wouldn't start! It keep trying to, but it just wouldn't crank. I know it's not the battery and I know it's getting fuel. I don't think it's just not getting a spark. What do I need to do to fix the problem?
