Yes you can. It's popular enough that just about every B&N has a section in the comics area. But if it's a smaller store it will probably only have a few copies and the volumes will be scattered. B&N online is your best bet if you have particular volumes in mind.

if it's small it may only have the first few, or last, volumes.
