just curious why god thought it necessary to include baldness and acne....

Simply that baldness is a sign of virility and acne is a sign of worry. There may be other assumed conditions that apply, but I see that your looking for the simple answer.

Bald and balding men are sexy! Some women (me included) find bald and balding men irresistable. Pity my husband has a full head of hair.
Not so sure about acne though.
