Do you have to have a game hacker to take game saves from your pc to your ps2? example, gameshark,codebreaker,etc.

No, I just used a simple computer USB drive and moved the files over after using a PS2-USB formatting tool, that I found on the web.

actually ya need just a flash drive and the latest version of gameshark, codebreaker, etc. to save game saves to but ya need to format it to FAT32 format and you'll be able to download game saves to the flash drive and transfer the saves over to the ps2..
a good website for codebreaker codes is at www.cmgsccc.com but i don't know about any gameshark websites, though..
