I have not been in Hastings bookstore in over a year because when my youngest daughter was a newborn I had an "incident" there and I'm too embarrassed to go back. My husband wants a certain game for his game system for Christmas, but it's only found IN HASTINGS BOOKSTORE. I want to go back, but I'm embarrassed to. The manual lists that the resistance should be between 1.16 and 1.36 ohms. currently it is at 2.0 ohms. what would this cause the motor to do. Right now I am experiencing some driveability issues and am trying to troubleshoot the problem. The motor was rebuilt about 8000 miles ago. within the past 2 weeks I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, coolant temp sensor, distributer, map sensor and also checked and reset the timing. The truck falls on its nose when accelerating while the engine is cold and tends to idle pretty rough. Once the engine has warmed up it runs and idles great and I can drive it anywhere. It does not display any diagnostic codes and I had a shop check the ECM/PCM to verify it is operating properly. Lately I have also noticed a strong fuel odor in the exhaust. Would the increased resistance cause any of these issues? If not what would cause this?

My fiance and I have been together for 1 1/2 yrs. We also live together. He has an 8 yr old girl whom I love like my own. SInce day one I have taken an active role in her life. I go to school functions like open house, I help with homework, etc but I also take part in the discipline. Moreso now that we are getting married and I will soon be her stepmom. She and I have a wonderful relationship but I have never and would never try to replace her mother. We have custody of her 3 1/2 days a week. Recently she asked me to sign up to be a room mother for her class because I dont work. Unfortunately I missed the signup because we never got the memo from school telling when it was. Last week her mother called me up screaming and cussing me out about being too active in her daughters life. I tried to explain to her that I'm not just some girlfriend that could be gone any day. My fiance and I are getting married next march. I told her that I am trying to be an active part of her daughters life.

My grandmother recently passed away. My mother and I (she in Missouri and I in Illinois) both prefer to grieve alone, but others (friends, family) say that isn't healthy, that we should share our grief with others who are also grieving, by talking and crying with them. This caused some tension in our family. Now that that is behind us, I'm wondering if there is any evidence to prove whether shared grief or solitary grief are any different in their relative psychological "health". Anyone here know?

i had this odd dream that i was entering this old room, with these old ladies that were taking me in. it was some type of room pertaining to a church. they were busy and telling everyone else outside to not bother us. they took me to the center of the room and made me kneel on this pillow serving as an alter.

Am I being spiteful? My parents separated when I was 14, got divorced when I was 16, BUT that is NOT the problem. After they separated, I chose to live with Dad. Then, when I was 18, my dad moved some gf that I never met in. I was sorta ok with that. I understood he needed company that I couldn't offer. Well, after about 6 months, she convinced him to kick me out. I had no job, and wasn't even outta high school yet! ( I was held back a year) But they went ahead and kicked me out. So my bf & I got a place together. Then close to moving day, Dad's gf decided to leave dad. Before she left she told me that i didn't HAVE to move out now.5 years later, I am still upset with him. I hardly speak to him anymore, only at holidays. He never even apologized!! How do I forgive?

i am writing an essay and have a graph of the federal funds rate (effective).what exactly does this mean?the essay focuses on the effects of increasing interest rates.the monetary expansion which began after the dot.com bubble burst and the terrorist attacks,caused interest rates to fall and eventually output to increase back to its normal level.having studied diagrams it would appear that in the medium run the price should absorb the increase in nominal money and nominal interest rates should increase by the same proportion...and therefore be higher than they were before the expansion BUT with the same REAL interest rate due to the increase in price (i.e. inflation).i am hoping that the effective federal funds rate simply means the real interest rate so my graph and theories make sense
