if you are talking about sewage drains and stacks then the sizes are standard. 6 inch drain and 2 inch vent stack... maybe i missunderstand your ?

I believe the stack needs to be larger than 2", drains from sinks, showers, tubs, 2" stacks 3.5 , or 3" copper, waste lines 4" Go to building board or city hall and get the actual specs, some may be local.
