Most people who say they don't like the Beatles music were not around during the 60s and 70s so therefore are not qualified to comment on their music. Comparing the Beatles to the likes of Paul Weller is ridiculous. The Beatles pioneered the music of their day. Why do you think they had millions of fans screaming all over the place. Paul weller never had that and never will. Without the Beatles music would be so different today. The Beatles did not use Terms such as ****** or Mother-----r to sell their music. They mostly sang songs about love and peace. You kids think you know so much about music but you actually know very little. Also artists like Oasis, Micheal Jackson, Bee Gees, and loads of others are heavily influenced by their songs. Unless you were there you should shut up and remember you would not have pop music without the likes of the Beatles.

Lately my boyfriend hasn't seemed as interested in me physically. Last night, I talked to him about it, and told him that I feel like he's not attracted to me. He said, "Oh my God, are you kidding? I think you're gorgeous! I think what's going on is sometimes I just get complacent. Sometimes I'm really in the mood for sex, and other times I'm not. It doesn't bother me to go without for a while." This morning he definitely took my words to heart because he initiated things. However, I just want to know - is it weird that he could get complacent regarding sex? Is this common for guys?

A friend of mine is arguing that trees and the only renewable resource. I argue that food is a resource too, and it is renewable. He is arguing that food is nothing but food and is not a resource. I say if food is not a resource, try getting something done without it.

Give your opinion. Who is right? What are other renewable resources?

Where can I get a 5-10 frame image sequence of a bird in flight? (NOT video),... If possible I'd like them as high resolution as possible, and; they have to be in silouhette, not coloured.
I've done a search, but don't know the exact phrase/s to give the search engine.
If you have a book with some images in that could be made into a 5-10 frame sequence or .jpegs or .bmps, and wouldn't mind scanning them in for me; that'd also be handy; thanks!
Geese would be ideal, but will settle for any water-loving bird.

I'm debating whether to surprise my husband with a shotgun for Christmas. We're moving to hunting country next summer, so I'd like to get him a versatile bird gun to start with. He does shoot left-handed, so I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations from other southpaws. The one I'm currently considering is the Remington 870, since it comes in a left-handed model.

Even if it turns out to not be exactly what he wants, I figure that it's a start and we can always get more. :) I'm a rifle girl myself and fairly clueless about shotguns.

We are catholic. We dont attend church on a regular basis. Accualy we dont attend church on a basis at all. I had my son 3 weeks ago and never thought about baptizem. Last night I was talking to my parents and they brought it up. I told them I wasnt going to do it. They were really upset and told me that they would sneek my son to the church if I didnt do it. My boy friend is not religious at all, and I dont even know how to approch him with such a serious thing. I have never even known my boyfriend to walk into a church. I would emagine that both parents have to be presant at the time. Any thoughts opinions?

On every season of The Real World, it seems like there HAS to be one or two gay men in the cast. Don't get me wrong-I'm not against homosexuality at all. I'm just getting really sick of the same seven personalities: crazy girl, gay guy, incredibly beautiful women, black man who feels prejudiced against, someone with very strong opinions, the partier, and the bodybuilder. We get it-people are gay in the "real world." But we don't have to keep forming the same cast over and over again. What do you think?

I've been discussing this with someone on here (momma2mingbu) and she's very against spanking. She says "hitting teaches hitting." I personally don't believe that and I'm very for spanking.

She mentioned to me some of the alternative punishments she uses like time-outs, taking away privledges, and something called "in service". "In service" is where if one child hurts another child then they have to pretty much be their slave for the rest of the day and get them bandaids and open doors for them etc. I just kind of found it funny that my kids are spanked, and don't hit and her's aren't spanked but beat each other to the point of bleeding and not being able to open a door for themselves.

Now I'm not saying my kids won't ever hit, I'm sure there will come a day sooner or later. But do you think it doesn't matter if kids are spanked or not--do they hit anyway?

Humans, apes, guinea pigs and some fruit bats all share a disability. They are all unable to biosynthesize ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Other mammals can do this so why not us and these others? Lack of ascorbic acid results in an afliction called scurvy which causes you to bleed from the soft membranes in your mouth and *other* parts and ultimately results in death.

The gene to code the enzyme responsible (L-gulono-γ-lactone oxidase) for synthesis exists in humans and other primates, as it does in other mammals (except guinea pigs), but it is damaged or disabled so it specifically cannot do anything.

So why would God do this? Is it a result of original sin? Why did he specifically only give this disability to a select group of mammals?
