there is one country in South America, one country on the African continent, and 3 countries in the middle east and gulf countries that are equal to the CO2 emission levels of Canada, the USA, England, Australia, and parts of Western Europe.

And there are some in the Caribbean as well. These are just small countries that have petrochemical reserves and use them for the most part to produce products for export to developed countries. So really the developed countries are the ones indirectly responsible for the relative large emissions of these small countries, and maybe the CO2 emitted in producing the finished product should count against the importing country.

lol.. I have a very good feeling that you go to Clarion University and have a class with Dr. Thomas and have to do a ridiculous map.. I'm in the same situation... as of now i found that in South America it is Brazil, in Africa it's South Africa and in the Middle East I found Iran, Saudi Arabia and then im having a lot of trouble finding the last one, I think it might be Turkey but I'm not sure... Umm, but yeah, i can't find any of them so if you do find anything out please email me.. :)

France (including Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, and Reunion) = 1.6%
Iran = 1.5%
Australia = 1.5%
South Africa = 1.4%
Saudi Arabia = 1.4%
Brazil, Ukraine, Indonesia, and Spain are all 1.3%
Poland = 1.2%
Taiwan = 1.0%
... and all others are less than one percent (per country) of the total emissions (together, they total 2.2 percent)
