Who Killed Carmen?
On November 10, 2006, The Young and the Restless will present a very special episode exploring the possibilities of "Who Killed Carmen?". Everyone is a suspect. It starts with Neil, Paul and Michael discussing where Carmen could have been killed. Immediately, the parking garage is brought up. If it is the crime scene, evidence will be destroyed because it will be walked or driven over. The conversation turns to Carmen herself. Who could/would kill Carmen and why? The Suspects

Drucilla Winters

Dru asks to talk to Carmen in the parking garage about how going to jail will affect her family but Carmen becomes agitated, saying that she doesn't ever want to speak with Dru. Carmen reaches for her phone to call the police when Dru grabs a metal rod and hits Carmen on the head with it. Dru's motive would be to protect her family.

Michael Baldwin

Carmen tries to talk to Michael in the parking garage, asking him if he's ever been a victim. She swings her briefcase at him to stop him from walking away, and he turns around and pushes her. She loses her balance and slams her head on a hard object, killing her. Michael's motive would be for the trial to go away.

Brad Carlton

In the garage, Carmen tells Brad that she is going to need another zero attached to her buyout, and in a rage Brad smashes Carmen's head against a wall. Brad's motive would be to silence Carmen so that she doesn't spill the secret she has on him.

Victoria Newman

Victoria shows her stolen portfolio to Carmen, asking her why it was in Carmen's trunk. Carmen says that she's having the collection appraised and that Victoria will have to re-bid for her collection. Furious, Victoria picks up a tire iron and smashes it on Carmen's head.

Jana Hawks

At the coffeehouse, Carmen wants to order but no one is at the counter. She walks into the back room and finds Jana with the stolen portfolio, demanding to know why she has it. Jana picks up a blunt object and slaps it on Carmen's head.

Adrian Korbel

Korbel pulls into the parking spot next to Carmen, and as Carmen is putting things into her car, he clocks her on the head and kills her. Maybe he's a serial killer?

Lily Winters

Lily rushes into the parking garage after Carmen and they get into a fight. Lily slaps Carmen in the face and Carmen stumbles back, hitting her head.

Kevin Fisher

Kevin comes on to Carmen at the coffeehouse, but Carmen denies his advances. Frustrated, Kevin picks up a restaurant utensil and slams it onto her head.

Devon Hamilton

Devon tries to tell Carmen how Dru saved him from a hard life, and when Carmen isn't affected, Devon swings a baseball bat at her. Devon's motive would be defending Dru.

Neil Winters

Neil waits for Carmen in the garage, angry at Carmen for messing with his head like she did and turning on their friendship. He pulls out a blunt instrument and hits Carmen on the head.

Jack Abbott

Jack says that Carmen is blackmailing him by trying to extort money out of the company, and slams her head against the car.

Ji Min

Carmen tells Ji Min that she would never tell anyone of Jack's involvement with Jabot, since it would in turn affect her job, but Ji Min doesn't believe her and wacks her with a crowbar.

Paul Williams

Paul confronts Carmen about her previous affair at the last company she worked for, and Carmen becomes angry that Paul's job is to dig up dirt on other people to ruin their lives. She pushes Paul and he retaliates, causing her to stumble over her briefcase and hit her head.

Back at the coffeehouse, more Genoa City residents offer their insights or worry that they will be accused. Brad says that if the investigators dig into his past and find out his real identity, that Victoria could be dragged into the case, too. Across the room, Kevin and Jana imagine that mysterious Professor Korbel could also have been the killer. Colleen and Korbel discuss how Kevin almost killed her once, so she wouldn't put it past him to kill Carmen again.

I I think they are just purposely stretching it - They are leading you to believe it was Neil - but think about it - Neil was bent over the body - and probably touched her - his DNA would be on her - there's too many people who hated her! I think it'll be the old boyfriend from the past that she took money from that killed her - or maybe his spouse.
