i'm a 30 year old single mom from detroit, and i would love to date because i do get lonely at times for companionship, not neccessarily sex, but just to have someone to hang out with and enjoy different activities, like bowling, movies, going to an art museum. i would like someone who isn't afraid of learning new things with me. i'm not this ghetto-type of baby mama. hell i have a college degree in business administration. i 've worked hard. but why is it so difficult to find a guy to look past the stereotypes that come with being a single mother? Someone help me please?

ok, so I used to be a sprinter right? but everytime i sprint, even 100 meters, my ankle starts to get really sore, like i just sprained it or something. In physical education we are doing a bunch of running. WHAT CAN I DO TO MY ANKLE TO RELIEVE THE PAIN OR MAKE IF FEEL BETTER?
