Torture, of course. It is against international law according to the Geneva Convention. Have you ever read these Articles? It is nonspecific (according to Bush & Co). So it went in front of the Supreme Court, who decided the torture went against international law & the GC. They basically, set us back on the right track.
So what did Bush do? Took it in front of the Senate (Republican majority) & a new Bill was written by Warner, McCain & Grahm called the "Military Commision Act". It gave Bush the right to basically, call any person he chooses a 'military combatant'. And can hold them indefinitely, without due process. They will be allowed a trial & counsel, but they will not be allowed to see the evidence against them. Why? It's classified, of course.
Habeas Corpus, the very fabric of our Constitution, gone. It also, according to this new law, will protect Bush & the CIA from being tried for war crimes, retroactively. They think. My opinion is, that if the international community decides to try Bush & Co for war crimes, like the Nuremburg trials of WW ll, they're not going to be checking our laws to see if they can do it or not. Do you? It won't just be Bush & his cabinet, it will be every General, etc involved in those 'secret prisons' as well.

Time which you will instruct some evidence of any conflict crimes. you realize, as i understand, that there is not any. If there have been, you bleeding heart 0 destructive radicals might ALREADY be interior the approach of the impeachment. If Bush lied to the yankee human beings approximately going to conflict in Iraq, so did the evil den of decrease-throats of Pilosi, Kennedy, Clinton, Clinton, Kerry, Dean and Gore. The Bush administration have as plenty to do with the upward push of gas fees as fats mouth Gore's extravagant use of power does. in many circumstances human beings get killed in conflict even with the undeniable fact that that is our enemies that are killing us, not the commander-in-chief. are you able to offer evidence that the Iraqi battlefield is approximately oil and Israel? Yeah, you God fearing, peace loving Democrats at the instant are not something yet yet another terrorist cellular interior of our government. You all HAD greater effective worry God through fact the day is coming once you will could answer on your misdeeds.

Burn the president at the stake the lying bastard. Hiking gas prices for his rich oil buddies AND his brother, sending people to a pointless war. Here's a little fact: The USA put Saddam in power. Now they're all mad cause he's not their lapdog anymore. If it were up to me, I'd blow the guts out of every person in Washington D.C. However, it's not up to me. If I had that kind of power I'd just kill everyone on the planet. :( Shame isn't it?
