I read that even though regular drinking has health benefits, drinking too much can result in more disadvantages than benefits. So what would be the limit to have most benefit? I have about a quarter bottle (180 ml) of whisky when i drink. the alcohol content is 42% i believe, and 75 proof (i have no clue what this means).

I know it depends on person to person and weight and size. But what would be the general figure?

I was supposed to make a recovery disk for my friends laptop but mistakenly I clicked PC recovery and just recentle she have intalled a Norton Antivirus from a CD which she purchased. She tried to reinstall it but the CD is no longer working because it was already used. Will she be able to recover her Norton Antivirus for her laptop without buying new.

At the end of my hair is breaking i mean not only split ends its breaking ( like stick). what causes breakage of hair, i never coloured my hair, i didnt straighten my hair, every week i used to do hot oil massage too , then i take enough protiens too, but dont know whats the reason behind it. i didnt cut my hair for the last 4 years. even though i trim it still its breaking... plz help, i want long, thick beautiful hair, how can i get that
