i the third car were hit at a red light while waiting for light to turn green while traveling east bound the second car drove into mine and the first car made him swarm over to hit mine car but everyone stop and I'am the third car end up with all damages an injuries

the person responsible or found at fault for accident would be responsible for all damages,and injuries.in this case the first car sounds like at fault veh.file clm with his insurance company
