I as many home owners have a problem. We build a home in an area. We build an avarege footage size home, and added much more to it such as a paved road, pond, pool, outside lights, inground wiring, and other outside eminities.
Inside the same is done, such as stain glass on doors, oversized garage, phones in all rooms,as well as tv hook up.
Granet counters, custtom fixtures, deck, and many other emenities..

QUESTION IS?
WHY IS THIS HOME COMPAIRED BY APPRAISERS TO OTHERS OF SAME FOOTAGE SIZE, WHICH HAS LESS AND COST LESS TO HAVE IT AS THIS ONE DID, AND GIVEN THE OTHER HOMES VALUE, TO YOURS, when they are worst byuild and has less??.

IN OTHER WORDS CAN YOUR HOME REGARDLESS TO HOW MUCH YOU PUT INTO IT, HAS NO MORE VALUE THAN YOUR NEIGHBORS.

iF THAT IS THE CASE THAN WHY, IS IT THAT SOME same size HOMES ARE SOLD FOR A MILLIOM AND OTHERS FOR THOUSANDS, IN THE SAME NEGHBORHOOD, OR AREA to celebrties, clingtons, madona and alike, where is the system .??

I have this sweater that I love but it has all these hangy pill things on it and it looks all frizzy for lack of a better word. Do you think it would help if I washed it inside out? The dry cleaners wasnt any help as they said they could get sued if they damage it with a pill razor thingy. Anyone know what to do? THanks.

I'm a high school student and will graduate next year. I'm in a really stressful time right now. My parents and friends asked me what would i want to take in Uni...and i just felt blank. I love social sciences and biology, like travelling (especially in third world countries), i have a great interest in learning different cultures and studying animals, so i got these 2 different interests. However, my dad disagrees with me,,,he thinks if i take anthropology, i wouldn't be able to find work easily and it would be useless.
I prefer more to study majors in Humanities, Social sciences, and since 4 years ago, i have had an interest in psychology. But i don't really know how to put it all together...I was concerned with what kind of job in which field would i be in.
And i'm having a dillemma between BA and BS degrees, I'm afraid i will take the wrong one and will struggle to find any jobs/professions... My school counsellor doesn't do any help!
Any advice for me? Thanks.

Why's my camera telling me that my memory is full? I only took 10 pics.

easier way to adopt children from the United States instead of pushing abortion? OK Maybe not just democrats but I knew that would get your attention. sometimes we wait to late to go see those we care about or call them on the phone just to say Hi or I love you you never know when a loved one will be snatched from you. My 28 year old daughter was murdered 11 months ago and one of the things that I hold in my heart is that even though we sure had our ups and downs the day she died I'd decided to give her an early Christmas gift a new winter coat I was mad at her on Monday as we were arguing about her BF and on Tuesday i decided to go see her and give her the coat she loved it kissed me said I love you and 8 1/2 hours later her BF killed her If I hadn't decided to go see her and the last words we'd had would have been in anger I would not have been able to survive this if you love someone tell them today call your parents, your kids, your grandparents, your friends, whoever don't wait until it may be too late God Bless You All
