Unlikely. However, if you want to lose weight quickly, you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Its impossible to lose that much without hurting yourself. Many people just don't believe that working out and eating right works. But it does, so find a workout that suits you and cut back on sugar and anything that's unhealthy like junk food. It does work, you just have to patient because you may not lose that much weight in four days. But in the long run you won't gain it back. So give it time and you will lose the weight.

It's doable, but not safe or healthy. You'll only gain the weight right back. I lost 7lbs in 2 1/2 days by drinking only water and eating only lettuce and going to the gym.

You can't. Unless you starve yourself to the point of near-death or cut off a limb.

Lost weight slowly by eating sensibly and staying within a calorie limit and excercising regularly-- the weight will come off gradually but it will STAY off.
