Forget 2000 calories. Unless you have quick-burning matabolism, if you can eat things such as: lrg. chocolate sundaes with the works, peanut buster parfaits, chocolate out the kazoo--do this "till you drop" unless you have health issues that your doc knows/should know about. That oughta get it.

You're probably taking in 1500 calories a day now, so the 500 increase might give you 1 pound a week, slightly less each week since increased body weight makes less of a deficit.
