Nothing at all, just go to www.microsoft.com and look in the downloads section or click on the "download now" button, needless to say it will not work with any pirated OS software ie: windows98SE windows2000 windowsXP etc as it will ask you to validate your Operating system software before it proceeds.

Its free you just download it. soon its going to be an automatic update. Microsoft plan on making us all have it. i was using the beta version before its preferable to the old explorer...which is ancient. there's also firefox.
