Yes, if you open My Computer and open drive "C", open properties, you will see a round pie, showing you how much space you have left on your pc. On that same box you will see where you can clean your dirve. Click on clean drive an the system will evaluate what can be cleaned. When this is done, then you have the option to say clean or deny. Clean up your HDD. Plus you must always defrag, as every time you use your pc there are files that are fragmented all over the HDD.. This also will slow down your pc.
