Male cat, 3 years old. Always been very clean and used bath or litter tray if stuck in house during day. This problem started in late Summer, but we only found out it was our cat who was to blame for the mess when we saw him doing it.

Ask a question saying "If there is a God..." and asking for a hypothetical answer, inevitably people will answer with "Worthless situation, there is no god."

Conversely, ask a question saying "If this was different, pertaining to your belief in God..." and people will answer "It doesn't matter, God put me here and made me who I am".

Is it impossible to entertain a hypothetical question long enough to answer it? If not, why would you answer it in the first place, for any other reason than injecting your beliefs into a question?

And keep in mind what Aristotle said: "The mark of an educated mind is the ability to entertain an idea without accepting it." In other words, you should be able to answer a hypothetical question, even if it goes against what you believe.

I would like to trace he history of a house named Studley Manor, it's situated near the village of Studley - near Harrogate in Yorkshire. I have tried to "Google" it but I get the sites for a hotel and not much more. It was a large country house so it's possible it could now be an hotel. The fees for Ancestry.com and others are far too expensive for me.

Ever since I was in the high school swim team I noticed I was bigger than everyone. The average size is supposed to be 6”, I’m way above that.
Ever since high school, I used to buy pants that fit my waistline, but I would get comments from guys and girls such “you shouldn’t wear pants that tight”, I didn’t wear tight pants, I wore pants that fit my waistline, but in my case, pants that fit my waist line apparently were offensive because they showed my package. I never stopped wearing pants that were my size, so I always get comments about it, I can tell people stare a t my bulge sometimes.

But, I don’t understand why some people think it’s “rude” for me to wear pants that are perfectly fit for my waistline. I don’t care if my package shows “too much”. There’s nothing wrong with it, they make it look as though being a man is shameful, so I have to hide it.

Should the “tight” pants trend catch up in the USA?

I'm still enjoying putting on my makeup, but it won't even last for 2 hours ever since I'm pregnant. I've used primer, loose powder, etc. Does this happen to you? Any advice?

I've been unemployed for 6 mos. My mother blew up at me last night because she feels I shouldn't volunteer while I'm not employed, because it doesn't pay and won't help me become independent. I feel volunteering in our local hospital's library would be good--it would give me something constructive to do, and would help me become a librarian (my dream job) later on in life. There aren't that many places in our area that could help me get into that field.
Should I just do what my mother wants? She says she doesn't want to be a mother anymore, and she's tired of supporting me.
She's had a hard time since her dad passed away in July. I'm just tired of all the yelling and lectures and fighting, and would appreciate advice.

I have a job where I really don't have to think hard at all and i'm worried that my brain will turn to Mush.
I've seen those adverts on TV about the Nintendo handheld brain training software. I dont really fancy paying for a product without knowing what its like. Is there any where online that you can do this sort of thing and see the results?
