I'm really oily and redder through my T zone since I became pregnant. My make up wasn't staying either. So ordered some of the sheercover makeup you see on tv. The powder stuff that you brush on...yeah I know its expensive as hell, but its been working better than before. I still get oily but it doesn't seem to break down as quickly and looks much more natural.
Hooray for PG hormones that change your body chemistry!!!! For me its been like going through puberty again. Breaking out with little bumps, but not on my face, just my cleavage and the back of my neck. Real attractive let me tell you...my man says he hasn't noticed but he's probably just being kind, because I notice them.

Car Seat (which your partner will need to bring in the day you're leaving the hospital - and make sure he knows how to use it). For the birth... I would bring a pillow from home for comfort. Music if you really think you'll use it during the birth (I brought and never used it). Bring socks! A good maternity bra. Don't bother with any nightgowns... they'll get ruined (you will bleed on them). Just use the hospital gowns they give you. You may want to bring a robe so you can feel somewhat human when you get up to move about. Hair brush and some blush & lipstick (to put some color back into you when you get visitors). A change of clothes for you to go home in (make sure it's comfortable and loose). For the baby... depending on the weather... whatever you'll dress them in to get them home. A onesie will do. Also bring a few receiving blankets... to cover the baby in the car seat... and a couple to roll up and place on either side of the baby's head to keep the head steady for the ride. You can also get a soft hat to keep the head warm. Aside from that... the hospital will give you some diapers to take home, as well as formula in case you won't be nursing. Enjoy the delivery. It'll be over before you know it.

Yes.
The "glow of pregnancy" (warmth, sweat and oils) makes it hard to keep it in place for very long.
The good news is that you won't likely need much makeup because of this "glow", your hair and fingernails will look great, and in a few months (by the time your nails are chipping and you're shedding hair like mad) you'll have a newborn to look after so you won't care about makeup anymore :-)
Take care

Try using a matte based foundation before applying your makeup.

your skin is abit more oily. i would try a face wash 3 times a day. then... put on a GEL that is OIL free. i use BIOELMENTS Beyond Hydration. Then put your makeup on again. Trust me. Oh dont touch your face. and you dont have to wash your eyes.

I guess it depends on the make-up you are using. You don't have to be pregnant for your make-up to wear off quickly.

sounds like you're sweating more and/or your skin is oilier.
if you're not using products meant for oily skin, maybe get some to get you through till you're back to normal.
and to be honest, there's no predicting when that'll be.
