For those of you who watch what you eat here's the final word on nutrition and health. Its a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies.
FACTS.

! Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Australians British and Americans
2, Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Australians British and Americans.
3.Africans drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Australians British and Americans
4.Italians drink large amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Austarlians British and Americans.
5.Germans drink a lot of beer and eat a lot of fats and sausage and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Australians British and Americans.

CONCLUSION. Eat and drink what you like speaking English is apparently what kills you.......

For some reason i have terrible wind when i stay over at my boyfriends house. I have woke myself(and him)on a few occasions by letting rip very loud farts. I know that breastmilk can be left at room temp for several hours but what about if I mix up a bottle from powder formula...how long can that sit out before I have to disgard it, if she hasn't drank from it at all?

I have never played Final Fantasy in my life, but my older brothers use to, i use to always watch them play it, and i practicly know the whole story line, i absolutley fell in love with the game, yet i hadn't played it. i just read some reviews from the game, and they said that this is an EXCELLENT game from the FF series, but if u havent played it before, this isnt one, that they would recommend starting out with, you should start out with FF3, FF7, or FF9...............this game is sooooo awesome!!!!!! what do u recommend i do?........(oh, and btw, im talking about FFX!).........

Alright, last night my girlfriend and I got into a fight over some stuff (what it is dont matter) but i felt really bad when i dropped her off at practice, especially considering she didnt give me a kiss or say " I love you" like she usually does when i drop her off. So after i went to my meeting I went back to surprise her with a ring and spend the rest of the night together. She was really happy with it all and I was happy to see that, but was it the perfect idea??

to our country? Hell, if you were so smart you would have told bush about 9/11...do you eventually want to have terrorist and mad people killing you and our country because bush didn't allow war to protect you, geezm people stop thinking about the cool thing to protest...we ARE at war and there are men and women who willingly will fight...so shut up

I also just wanted to remind people that we have two wars going on right now the war in Iraq and the war on the war on Terrorist. 9/11 started the war on terror not the war in Iraq.

I almost seem to wake up tired. I sleep great, getting 8 hours and I still seem to feel tired. My eyes just want to shut on me. So my question is, how does one go about having mroe energy during the day? Caffeine seems to have a negative effect on me, so I'm quitting it altogether. I drink pleanty of water and still I feel so tired. Thanks in advance.
