I find that information staggering.I mean we are told not to eat fats unless they are healthy fats, cut out sugar. All the foods that clog up our arteries.Keep salt to a bare minimum. What I find weird is when I go shopping.Im always looking in other peoples baskets/shopping trolleys. Then I look at what the person looks like.Im more interested in old people's shopping.I see them with cakes, sausages, pastries, lots of fatty stuff. Some look 70 upwards. If all these things are so bad for us then why do they reach a ripe old age?One basket had pure lard, the person looked 75 and active. We keep getting all this evidence of what is good and what is bad for us,yet old people are living long lives eating crap. Also, during the war, they never had butter for their bread. They either had lard or dripping smeared on their bread, and they are fit and healthy.None of it makes sense to me.

Yes, these scientists come up with reasons why we should do this or that , but 'eat drink and be merry seems a good philosophy. To the Irish lady the answer is you fit in very well.

Wow, that is thrilling. i haven't seen that yet. I genuinely have had a pair of questions which in no way looked. I submitted them and that they in no way even confirmed up on my question record, so they had to have been kicked out till now they have been genuinely published. They weren't grimy or something. perchance it replaced into purely some random word or 2 a bot picked out of them. yet why "pianists"? you may decide directly to be cautious asserting it in public, yet typing it? ...unusual clear out.
