two hours, it says that on the label of my good start formula. Two hours at room temp, one hour after they have drank from it, and 24 hours in the fridge.
Do not be lazy and feed your baby formula that has gone past those two times I had to take my girl to the hospital because she was sick at 7.5weeks and they had to assess if it was bacterial(which can happen from left out formula) or viral, and it was a horrible experience, it involved a spinal tap needles all over a cathater and an iv for two days. So messing around with bacteria that can make your new baby sick is so not worth it. Follow the label and dont get lazy because you dont want to have to take your baby to the hospital because she has bacteria in her blood and septic shock. My babies illness turned out to be viral, which is not very serious..but when they are under three months dont mess around.

I never left a mixed bottle of formula out of the refridgerator longer than a couple of hours. It's always wise to just stick it in the refridgerator right away, or make it as needed to assure the best freshness!!!

It says one hour, but I gone as long as 2 1/2 hours. Usually I taste the milk before giving it to the baby if I left it out for a while. I have probably have gone 3 hours before, not on purpose of course, but it didn't hurt my baby. Its all based on bacterial growth in the milk. Don't feel bad if you go over the 1 hour time limit. It shouldn't hurt your baby

1 hour 24 in the fridge.
Don't reuse it if they've already drank out of it and one month in the can.

It says 1 hour but I have gone up to 2 hours. It hasn't caused any harm to my children. It is just because it goes sour and bacteria can start to grow.

One hour - no more. Be very careful. You can make your baby very sick with the bacteria that form in the milk at room temperature.
